Gyno from pro-hormones

A while back I tried out some pro-hormones one of them being Tren and a couple months later I notice my nips are puffy. I figured it would go away in time but it hasn't. Its a little puffy, and most of the time it isn't senstive and I can't really tell if theres a bump under but if there is its very small not too worried about that. If I had to get rid of one of these it would be the puffiness, it has been a few months but is there anything I can do to reverse the puffy nipples? I looked into surgery but I would like to find an alternative.

Anyone got any advice? Is it too late for nolva or letro? Are these the only 2 things that would work? Would those even do any good? If they would work which should I take and how can I get ahold of them?
