Gyno from previous cycle (years)

I've what I would say say is mild gyno from a previous years gone cycle. Hadn't really worried about it but have read about chems that can reverse the accumulated tissue and wonder if there is any truth to this info. I'm thinking of starting another cycle and wonder if there are some proven precautions to take at this time or whether Surgery is the only proven method. 5'7,41yo, 185lbs. I've read that a combination of nolvadex and letrozole would help in several places but would like some advice.

Chems to reverse gyno are great during a cycle if need be, but if your gyno has been around for quite a while, fully reversing it is not easy or maybe even possible in some cases. Pubescent gyno will go away, but for some it won't go away fully and most of it will still be there.

I haven't actually found (in research, anectdotal, or from my physician or endocrinologist) anything to get rid of old gyno short of surgery.

Some people may mistake gyno as excessive chest fat too. I would think that a Doctor will give you your best advice.
