Ok so what would be the solution nolva or go to the dr.

if its been there for years I dont think that nolva is going to do it for you, wont hurt to try but you probably will need surgery to correct it....... maybe if your not that old you could be like "I must have had tits since adolescence, but i just lost enough weight that they really show up now!" and try and get insurance to cover it....
