Is there more of a chance on getting Gyno when your in your younger 20's as aposed to say being in your late 30's or 40's?

I doubt it.

I have never seen anything to support it, and can't think of a physiological reason as to why it would be so.

Men's glands do not secrete enough testosterone, the result is a lower concentration of serum testosterone in the bloodstream. Testosterone levels fall below the bottom of the 'normal' range so that homeostasis breaks down and the body no longer functions as well as it could. The cells whose receptors react to testosterone do not perform their functions as well and the man begins to show symptoms of hypogonadism: Men the older they get the lower the Testosterone levels become.

Physiological issues and injuries are other causes as well.

I am having trouble seeing the correlation between hypogonadism and gynecomastia...

Does a T/E ratio have an effect on Gyno? Such as the lower the T and the higher the E ratio mean that you will be more likely to develop gyno?
