I can tell your English isn't that great, but did you really mean that you masturbate every day for exercise???!!
Try eating a protein diet, oats, eggs, chicken, fish, meat (in moderation) - cut out EVERYTHING junk food related or high in sugar such as cereals, muesli bars. Maybe tell us what you eat or ate the last week and ppl can add some advise. Otherwise do your research, educate yourself - it's a way of life not a quick fix.
