gyms in Tokyo

OK, so I know that this is a bit off-topic, but... I'm have to go on a *&@#($*%^ business trip to Tokyo and I'm sick of Japanese hotel gyms (trust me, they're sad...). Does anyone know of any REAL gyms in Tokyo, preferably around Shinjuku or some other major hub?
