Gwen Stefani's Abs

I think her abs do look good but weird without the rest of the body to back it up. I seriously think the girl needs to eat a sandwich and hit the gym.

I haven't, but her body gets nicer every year... same with Beyonce... I think they both have beautiful bodies... their natural shapes are just amazing. I find their bodies to be more beautiful than Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, etc any day...

Damn, I wish I wasn't a white girl... LOL

Beyonce has big hips and cellulite and her face is just average. The pics in mags are all photoshopped to make her hips appear smaller and also eliminate the cellulite. In the awards she always tries to wear clothing to hide her troubled areas. Plus she doesnt have any natural beauty and needs a ton of makeup on her face to make it stand out. I have seen her up close and looks just average to me. I spot much better looking girls in every club I go to. She is nothing special. Everyone who has seen her in person without any makeup will agree.

She has made great progress with her body though... she has leaned out since she started becoming popular with Destiny's Child...

Yes she has beem training more as a matter of fact. She has been training 2 hours per day from what I heard. But also heard she started slacking off again and gained back the weight. A few weeks ago she was photographed on the beach and it showed that her ass doubled in size. I will try to find the pics and post them here. The truth is that celebs are not as special as people think. I spot celebs all the time. I am sure there are women here on elite fitness who look much better than some celebs.
