See everyone talking about how shredded you can get with GW. If im not mistaking isnt the s4 supposed to be the superior sarms for fat loss?
If you could only use one with cut cycle which would you use? Obviously if you can run both that would b way to go I assume
 
Can't answer your question as I've never tried S4 but with GW I don't actually think that it causes fat loss by itself. It seems like it increases your cardio capacity so that you can do more cardio and burn more calories easily. I've been on it for about 6 weeks now and have done the same cardio regiment that I always do, and don't notice any increased fat loss. I do notice that the cardio is a bit easier and recovery is definitely quicker. I would say that if you are not the type to take advantage of the increased cardio performance to actually do more cardio then you may be disappointed by GW's performance as far as fat loss is concerned.
 
Yeap, naturally both would be first choice. If I had to choose only one, it would be GW-50 (it's not a SARM, but that's irrelevant), even though I have recently fallen in love with S-4, GW-50 is still supreme compund for fatloss and endurance.
 
Where did you get your gw?
also if GW has body use fat as energy source instead of muscle or carbs can you still use low carb diet on s4 and gw? Or do you need to have a decent carb intake on gw and s4
 
Was waiting for you to chim in rickrock..looking to have a real hard vascular look for beach vacation...will be running test tren ace masteron ace along with HGH...going to drop GW into the mix wondering if I should just add the S4 as well
 
Nothing except catabolic compounds couse fatloss just by them selves (ie.T-3). And beside being catabolic they tend to carry quite large amount other risk factors too. I still agree that most of the fatloss accomplished with GW-50 comes from increased cardio output, but not all of it. I don't remembe the exact mechanism, but it activates certain pathways to burn fat more efficiently, and also has ability stop body from storing carbs as fat.

You are better off reading this stuff from evolutionary.org, I can't either remember correct terms, or translate them to English language...

S-4 reminds me of Winny without the joint pain, so I would add it too. GW-50 itself is a must, but like Rick said S-4 really hardens up muscles, and gives them definition, so it would fit right in for the look you are going for. That would be hell of a spiring stack, I might run something a bit similiar during summer...
 
nope gw is far superior for fat loss .. s4 is far far better for hardening effects.. 2 differnt compounds with different effects on you.
 
Excellent looks like for my goal both might b way to go...im sitting at about 11-12% bf right now...soon as I hit sauce ill b in single digits immediately. ? So I should be able to get lean and hard as hell with this cycle

GW is perfect to add in any time you are running Tren as well. It helps BIG TIME with your cardio and shortness of breath from Tren. You will shred up a lot more with it as well, since GWs primary MOA is to shift your body from burning carbs for fuel to burning its own fat for fuel

And for the record, I'm starting Test/Tren/Mast with GW and S4 in a month. Also starting with Var and ending with Winstrol. Should be a hell of a ride!!
 
I always do fasted cardio, and am on a calorie deficit with moderate carbs. Perhaps I don't see a difference in weight loss with GW because I am always burning fat?

Sorry for being off topic but I have wondered if there really is that big of a difference between fasted or non fasted cardio - for example say I ate 500 calories worth of carbs and then did 500 calories worth of cardio. Sure I will just burn up the carbs I just ate but then as the day went on I would be drawing from my fat stores. If I did fasted cardio and burned 500 calories worth of fat, and then ate the carbs I would replenish my glycogen stores but I don't really see the big difference.
 
S4 is the mothers milk.. I love it for sure. Running the two together is a killer combo. Run Yohimflame and N2Burn and you have a nice shredder stack pimp

yes a combination of the two is pefect for you.Im not a huge fan of s4 at higher bf% because it doesnt shine as much but you are deff 100% in the zone to reap benefits of that combination.
