GW question

I have been taking GW at 20 mg a day for about 2 weeks now. About a week ago I noticed that I can't even stay up past 8:00 which is unheard of for me as I normally go to sleep around midnight and feel really tired at night. Not doing anything new as far as my workouts consist, just wondering if anyone else had this issue. My wife knows I am taking it and telling me she has never scene me this tired???

It's possible your carbohydrate intake is too low or you are lacking other nutrients. While this is not directly related to GW, it can be a factor. GW helps use up all your glucose stores and boosts your energy, metabolism and increases fat burning. Therefore, if you're not eating enough, your blood sugar levels can be low and cause issues. Though, out of all my clients no one had this problem chronically, it is feasible in a small % of people (under 5% of users). The final word: It's your diet not the GW.

this would actually be the complete opposite of anything i've seen with gw... one thing that i have seen, although not often, is that people can't sleep as long and have too much energy... its definitely not gw related... i agree with everyone else... there is some sort of imbalance in your diet that is attributing to this...
