GW + LGD cycle

About to run GW with LGD.. I have used GW before as a standalone and wondering why I didn't discover it early I love the shit. Now I will be adding LGD for about an 8 week cycle of just GW and LGD. I found my best results running GW 20mg/day with 10mg AM and 10mg PM.

This will be my first time with LGD and from what i'v read about 5mg/day is a good starting point althought i've read many logs with higher dosage but I will most likely start at 5mg a day and perhaps slowly increase, ( any thoughts are appreciated )

I'm also going to run NTBM Yohimflame, I ran N2Burn with my last GW cycle and really liked it but want to try out this new product. I'm gonna keep the LGD at a max of 8 weeks to limit suppression.. I will use N2guard most likely and run Forma and DAA afterwards. Looking for more of a recomp result.

I'm 6'2 210 with a lean athletic bodytype hovering around 10% BF, looking to drop to 8% BF while either adding a few pounds of lean muscle . My question is on the first time LGD dose so please give me your input for what dosage would work best with GW in a recomp.. And of course I will be running Sarms1 products, will never use anything else I like my GW pink, thick, and tasting like fuel !
 
I think everything sounds solid. I would start the LGD at 8mg and add 1mg per week after. Other than that, it's a great plan. If you want more strength, vascularity, shred, hardness etc... Add s4. Best sarm there is
 
The dosages suggested by jbraken will work fine.I would add s4 into your cycle.You are a great bf% to reap full results from it.
 
what's halflife? I know most say GW halflife is 24 hours but I feel I saw better results with an AM and PM dosage and also felt better. So what's the halflife of LGD? Im assuming you can split it up but perhaps when I take it in the morning I will get a better "pump" since I lift a few hours after I awake
