So I was awaken in the middle of the night starving. Then somehow after what seemed like ages of forceful thinking I came up with this:

12 oz. water
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 packets of artificial sweetener (I use those new Optimum Nutrition ones....)
and some Glutamine for the fuck of it.

Shake it all up, and ENJOY! Sweet and tasty, smells good, and won't harm your diet! And I was able to stave off the hunger until I fell asleep again....give it a try.
 
why not throw in some slow digesting protein? it'll help prevent or slow down muscle breakdown better than just plain glutamine, right?

I've wanted a flavored water, but almost all of them are carbonated which I don't want. Besides how many of them come in cinimmin! :)

I'm just so picky about counting my calories since I'm precontest right now. I have casein right before bed anyway, so hopefully that's still slowly being released when I wake up every now and then in the middle of the night.

no offense but that sounds like ass flavored water. Thats not a shake :sick: . Oh well u gota do what u gota do for cutting i guess. :p
