i hate hearing people talk about cutting and bulking regardless all u need is some plain old test 2-3ccs a week with alittle privron and armidex....this will do the trick for bulking or cutting its cheaper then some of these stupid cutting cycles just have ur diet in check and cardio..look at all the old-timers all most of them did was just test...tell me if u guys agree or not?!?!

Hmm??? Can't say that I agree. Variety in cycles is a good thing. I think over the long haul as your receptors aren't as receptive to just test, you have to throw some other things into the mix at higher dosages. Remember the body is an adjusting organism.....If you were just using test, you would have to keep upping the dosages as you were using to get the same gains in the next cycle.....but if you have something else on hand you can keep the test the same dose as before....let's say 500mg and use something else with it. So IMO variety is better.

Is it not? I always heard that your receptors can get "dull" or not as sensitive by prolonged use. Is this not true. It seems like a good theory to me.

There's no such thing as a bulking cycle or cutting cycle. You could cut on Anadrol if you wanted. The only determining factors are DIET, DIET and DIET. Sure certain drugs promote hardness and are better for pre-competition stages but you can't rely solely on drugs to get you the look you desire.

Receptors are in a constant state of renewal rather they are used or not. The receptors you have now are not the same ones you had last month regardless of what steroids you have or haven't done.

Hey JonP..............it is a fact that older people can become type 2 diabetics due to several factors.....one of these is a reduced sensitivity to insulin.......so, can you explain this?..If you are correct in your statement about sensor renewal(which you may be), then would the aging process begin to inhibit the rejuvenation of receptors?

He is right about receptor renewal, the Type 2 Diabetes question is about illness from too much of something and too little of something else. Everybody can "kill" certain receptor systems in their bodies with wrong and excessive stimulation.

OP's statement may seem correct to him... for the time being. If you keep doing the exact same thing results will eventually stop coming. Other than that each body is also different in how receptive we are to which types of activity. Some respond quicker and/or easier to certain kinds of stimuli than others (you can check it out easily by taking a look at the different diets, cycles and steroid combos great bodybuilders use).

The body has many types of receptors, some of them can easily be forced into a permanent unresponsive state (in some cases resulting in illness whereas in other cases you'll hardly notice any difference), others will always be able to react and re-adjust in accordance to new or re-introduced stimuli.

You may work a certain muscle mass and achieve some good definition (with proper diet), etc., but beyond a certain point there'll be no further change if all you do is take the same dosage of testosterone and stick to the same work out cycle, unless you change your routine/s.

what a thread....

i agree w/ the op to an extent but i dont like arimdex :) some people cant handle test though at that dosage

i do think way to many people use too much and use stuff that they dont need that is too dangerous/toxic

the receptor thing is not why people 'need' to up the dosage or add compounds. its because as you get near, reach or surpass your natural genetic limit you need to increase the total dosage if you expect to make gains or keep gains.

Ok someone please answer me this for it has been on my mind for quite some time. Can one persons genetics limit them to a certain size no matter how much AAS they take?
