Guys..help please

I stepped off a 16 week cycle in the beginning of feb. I did hcg and are now on nolvadex. Started 4days 60mg nlv, then 40mg for 7 days and now I'm on 30mg for 7days, then 20mg 7days. I worked out arms last night and today they are sore as hell, I also messured them and It seems I've lost quite a lot on my arms and chest this last 2 sessions. That must mean I do not reover as I should and the muscles that are broken down during gymsessions do not recover. I stepped off fast acting gear, propand tren. I need all the help I can on this, what should I do to kick back the recovery? Should I stop workouts or should I just workout with lights weights and bump my calories? any ideas?
 
Personally MrRTTB, I would go back to the HCG.

well, actually, a blood test in in order here, but I would
personally go back to the HGH for 20 days.

that's 1000 to 2000 EOD for 10 days.

Of course you want to continue taking the Clomid 50 mg twice a day
for this same period, maybe 5 days more.

and as far as the Nolva, I'd say skip it. But that's me.

and if you don't do you blood work now, do it about 15 days after PRT,

and one last thing, 16 weeks ?

come on, that is asking to be "shut down" down there. I'm not innocent
here either, I don't like to quite a cycle either, but sometimes quitters
prevail :) and this is one of them.

If you are like me, what you need to do is follow a calander for your cycles,
meaning setting up the calender, then marking off the weekly gear as you do it,
because come week 12, your mind is saying, it hasn't been 12 weeks already has it? :)

I've heard of tren causing hard HPTA shutdown, I would agree continue to run the HCG and run bith clomid and nolva for another week or so. Also how was your diet and training after you came off, one has to remember that when coming off a cycle your body is going to want to reject the new mass and achieve homeostasis, so fueling your body with sufficient calories to stave off catabolism is MANDATORY. As for training, it should consist of medium-same weight range, and lowered volumed all around, just to maintain till the body has recovered.
 
don't use TREN for 16wks!! ok maybe u didn't use the Tren for that time frame, but 16 wk cycles. Might as well be on HRT. Have solutions to avoid problems before they start.

I don't necessarily agree, while many will say that yes, 16 week cycles are generally bad, there have been many users on here that run cycles in that length and have had no problems whatsoever recovering. But yes, one should always plan ahead incase of potential problems.
 
haha, I used tren for 3 weeks, my nuts went small pretty fast. I dod test base, 16 weeks. 10 with long lasting ester then 6 with short esters. I started tren week 11 or so, then in the end of 13 I skipped it. My nuts right now have recovered a lot and I'm not shut down, I actually had great sex last night :)
The only problem is the recovery after my session, but maybe this has to do with the fact that the nolvadex is making me dry like nothing else. My skin is so very dry and I've lost a lot of water so maybe this just makes me very very flat, and this makes me beleeve I've lost more size that I have. Well I started eating more red meat today and bumped cals a bit, also added creatine for more fuller muscles(make me feel better). I will take a few days off from the gym, rest and try to recover. Would you have started low dose dbol in the AM?
 
dude, No don't start AM d-bal dosing. Just let your system re-set itslef. Any androgenic drug in your system dosing once in AM or 3x a day is not what the normal HPTA is used too.

Just lay off, deal with some post cycle depression and get ready for your summer cycle. I personally would cut training volume drastically to a hardgainer type routine, 2x a wk.

I would get yourself some adderall or dexedrine to use ONLY for the next couple of wks to give you CNS stim to try and keep your weights as close to possible on cycle. And if you say your not shut down then dont worry about losing muscle as easy as you think. I honestly believe you are probably somewhat shutdown, also was your sex assisted by any proviron? or androgens
