my squats. DONT YOU EVER ASK ME THAT BITCH, I almost layed this guy out. There is a reason I have my headphones on mother fucker.

Sorry, just wanted to let ya'll know how pissed off I was. You dont ask someone who is obviously more advanced than you when he will be done with his excercise. Feel me
 
ya or worse some one is doing CURLS IN THE POWER RACK......ALL FAGS WHO DO CURLS IN A POWER RACK DESEIVRE TO BIT HIT WITH A 45 lbs plate on there on head....
 
Yeah, to make things worse , there were two other types of squat racks right next to me.

even though I am guilty of this( sometimes ) these are the guys who leave weights slung every where, on top other weights and shit like that.
 
On occasion, I see a dude doing curls in the power rack. I just don't understand it at all. Is it the mirror? The space to themselves? Why the fuck would anyone _want_ to use the power rack for curls? It makes no sense to me. Completely unnecessary.

How old are you? I would have taken the headphones off of your head to ask you.
 
you know what would be really funny? if that guy was a navy seal or something similar and you told him some stupid shit then he simultaneously broke your nose and right knee.

who gives a fuck if the guy asked you how many sets you had left? its a fucking gym, people are going to ask you that sometimes.

I myself do barbell curls in the power rack.....two reasons: 1. I train my arms at 24 hour Fitness...everything else in done in "The Dungeon" 2. No one trains legs at 24 Hour Fitness and.... C. I do barbell curls with 185....the few people who squar at 24 Hour Fitness....don't have to add any weight to the bar when I am done........

185 pound curls. That's hardcore. How much you bench? Do you cheat when curling this much?
 
refer to deadlift post......but right now, I bench nothing, torn lat....my best in a meet was 610 @302 lbs. , in the gym I hit 630, now I am a much healthier 260ish and can put up 545 with no bench shirt.....try not to flat bench on a regular basis though as it really fucks with my shoulder workouts, and as far as the curls go, strict form for the first 5-6 reps, then whatever it takes;)

Not sure...I think I did it deadlifting, at least partially, because I can remember shifting to my right side, but that same day, about three hours later, I rolled my four wheeler, and that's when the pain sank in, and man did it ever fucking hurt......but that's why ibuprofen ,and percocet are our friends......:p

Ok, these are reasons why other people might not mind if you curl in the power rack. But I still don't know why you would prefer that area to another, such as the angled squat rack. Is it because you can pick up the weight and then put it back on the pins without having to step forward or back at all? That may be more convenient if you're curling 185, but as for the guy doing 95 in my gym? No good.
