Is it testosterone that makes you feel good, invincible and gets you into trouble with the cops?
Or is it some other hormone that's responsible for this?

I very often get this feeling a few seconds after sex, then it usually just last for a few minutes.
If I get this feeling at other times it lasts much longer, and can go on for days.

That has more to do with dopamine levels crashing and prolactin levels soaring. The activity of both immediately after is what makes you pissed and agitated.

I am not pissed when I am in this state, its the complete opposite, I feel very happy.
It feels like nothing can touch you physical or sychical, so there can be something with the dopamine levels.

androgens in general usually give me a sense of well being,there are exceptions to the rule like the aggressive effects trenbolone acetate can cause(imo from the lack of usual sleep patterns)...but as long as I keep my mind in check and I'm conscious of everything I say and how I act instead of just reacting all the time things go well.

No hormone at all. Like Omega said, it's the person. If you (not you personally, a generic "you") are an asshole, you'll be an asshole on or off test. If you're nice, you'll be nice on or off. One of the strongest, most jacked guys I know has never been in a fight in his 40 years - conversely, how many little 150 pound punks have you seen acting like jerks?

So basically, with a few earlier mentioned exceptions, it boils down to your personality.
