Just bench more and make your pecks stick out further than your gut...You will look good in a shirt.....and still not have to do cardio...it works for me..

I decieded to put a few drops of clen in my morning coffee for the first time in a year and I feel like I could run a fucking marathon.

Do it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and don't eat for one hour afterward. . .works great and you don't have to do nearly as much. . .I hate cardio too. :)

Not nearly empty, take an amino acid supp before hand with water, even better is the liquid form of amino acids for absorbtion purposes.

If you're concerned about conscise dosages they go out and get yourseld a TB or insulin syringe and the measurments are as follows:

1ml = 200mcg
1/2ml = 100mcg
1/4ml= 50mcg
1/8 ml = 25mcg

I would start out with 50mcg to see how you tolerate it and then adjust it from there, I wouldn't suggest exceeding 200mcgs though.

I've never used clen. How does it make you feel? I could never handle ephedra. . .way to much buzz. . .made me completely nuts, f'ed wiith my heart, etc.

Do you get a buzz with clen too? If so, might not be for me.

Stimulants effect everyone differently, depends on your sensitivity to them, are you a coffee drinker, if so how much? You could still take it but just at a lot lower of a dose. Kind of hard to explain how you feel on it, my productivity level increases 200% when I'm on it, I can say that much about it. Do a search on it bro, you'll find a ton of info on it.
 
Just spread your workouts over five days instead of three. That will keep you metabolism nice and high. Tighten up on the food too.
I just started the above this week. I hopped on the Dr's scale and it wasn't dropping at all when I moved it to 240. I moved it to 245 and it started to go up and down a little. I just stepped off the thing and said thats it. I don't want to see 250 plus.
My abs suck now too. I still have them they just suck.
I am going to do this split:
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - shoulders
Friday - arms
That should keep me burning up everything.
That and cleaning the diet up should drop 20+ lbs off me.
I guess we will see.
Nice to know I am not the only fat ass around here.. LOL
