I have a gut again and I hate the damn thing !!! I guess I need to start to diet and run you know cartio, the only prob. with this is I hate cardio... Oh Well

1ml = 200mcg
1/2ml = 100mcg
1/4ml= 50mcg
1/8 ml = 25mcg
I would start out with 50mcg to see how you tolerate it and then adjust it from there, I wouldn't suggest exceeding 200mcgs though.
