Guggulsterones for acne...?

I am gonna start a var cycle tommorow. I was suppose to start september 1st but had to postpone. I'v done my research and I'm ready with everything I need. I got my stuff for pct, got plenty of different liver supps, supps to aid with cholesterol, etc. But I wanna try to prevent acne at all costs so I am gonna be taking B5, guggulsterrones and minocycline. One thing I am not sure about is exactly the dosage I should take of gugulsterones. The study on it said 25mg of gugulaterones was used, but now that I think about it FONZ was advocating 180mg a day. This is a substantial difference in the dosages. Does anyone have experience with using this do prevent acne from gear? i am sure fonz was using 180mg with heavy cycles. I am only gonna be doin 30mg a day of var.

I tried Guggul and had some "moderate" improvement from its use - the thing that REALLY worked for me was mega dosing B5 (10grams/day).

yeah I am mega dosing B5. But i would like to know the guggul dosage.
