it was sent from abroad and SRCS claimed they never got the vial..
should have waived signature.

actuallly, this is not the first time a vial has been LOST at SRCS.
go figure!!!!

Why don't u just sent them a syringe with one ml in it....that way it would be less worth SRCS to "LOSE"
