you arent lifting heavy apparently, once i leave the gym i want to lay on the floor and die.. then following my post workout shake i want to go back to the gym again.. errgh
 
I'd opt for killing someone. There are plenty of people out there that need to get wacked.

You really want to kill someone join the military...there are alot of terrorists out there that need killing. By the way it feels good too.
 
I feel like that all the time man...get a punching bag...seriously it works..also..try running balls to the wall ont he treadmill until you almost pass out..

try going to a local football field or open field and do bear crawl belly flops until you can't move or pass out. Then when you do get up , do some 80lb sled pulls til your legs are paralyzed. bet you wont be angry at anything but your own body after that. Cant control the rage then get off AAS bro, thats if you are on right now. No need to get ureself hurt because you feel so angry all the time. Alot of guys get hurt with that kind of attitude. Or, you can just take you some clomid and feel like a little girl then you wont be so angry :chomp:

go get two bags of lime, a roll of duct tape, and a good sturdy bladed shovel in case you snap. Oh, and pay cash so there is no paper trail.

now we got some good advice
add a plastic tarp to prevent fiber and blood evidence and some rubber gloves
 
On a serious note one day I went bezerk doing arms...I didn't focus on strict form and pulled a muscle. Aggression is good but it needs to be controlled.
