I'm a twenty-one year old male, whom started lifiting almost a year ago and have seen major changes in my body. I'm a diabetic and have been since I was three. I feel I have pretty good genetics, and a good idea of how to train myself in my early years. Though could definatley use some help along the way. Anybody got any good ideas for me? I train pretty hard, I feel, but am loking fo r everyones point of view on this subject, let 'em roll fellas...

Well, I had been doin' really well for almost a year, major gains and growth. Never did any leg work, concentrated mostly on chest, shoulders, arms, and abs. Relized later that legs are just important. That is what I'm working on right now, aswell as other things. I've now been workin' out for about thirteen months, and have a max bench of about 295. Was hoping to get a 300 lb. bench by summer, it did'nt happen, without a little help. My traps exploded last summer, out of nowwhere they were huge. I was able to get really lean for summertime. I had wanted to be about 185 lbs. for the fourth of July(God Bless America). I was able to achieve my first fitness goal! By the way, I'am just under six-foot, and about 191 lbs. currently.
I injured my left shoulder doin' some behind-the-neck presses. It has been about two months since that incident, and am doin' alright. Almost completly stopped liftin', just hit my legs a couple of times week. Somethin' new and beneficial..let myself heal. Anyhow, my bench almost dissappeared. I've really been supprised how much strength I've lost. But I'm tryin' to get back in the swing of things, safely. Hopefully this info will help you, to help me. Thanks.

Well I have yet to find a good training patna, but usually three or four on, two off. Tons of proteins, balanced diet, no real cardio.
