Growth vs. Gear

Just want you guys opinion on which would be better. I'm wanting to add a some size and long lean muscle. I've been workin out for several years and have used gear before. I'm 5'10" and 165lbs. I stopped workin out for about 6 months, being lazy, and i lost 15lbs from not workin out. Now I'm gettin back into it and have the oppertunity to get either or both. Thanks in advanced
 
you wont gain much at all if your diet isnt in check

workout first for a long time - you'll see gains the fastest now that you took time off.

If you were only 165 at that height then you were not eating enough, simple as that.
 
The 2 are in reality quite different 'compounds'. Apart from the fact that GH is far more expensive cost wise opposed to anabolics/androgens it is also administered totally differently to steroids. It is a very powerful hormone and can come with an extensive list of precautions which also should be looked into and taken into consideration if one were to consider using.

I have not enough experience myself to give you an opinion regarding which is the better in the long run but I am on at the mo and it works very well.

GH increases muscle cell size. Steroids cannot, I repeat cannot increase the number of cells in a muscle. GH goes further than genetics.

The amount of gh he'll need to use for mass gains are not worth it at his level. At 165 lbs the only things he needs to be concerned with are food and the basics.

True. I do need to drink my protein shakes more often. But it's when I don't work out is when I lose the weight. The biggest I've ever been has been 195lbs. But I wasn't solid... Ate too much junk food then...I know, I know...but when you don't have any money (Bachelor) You'll eat whatever anybody cooks you. :) ...I was thinkin about GH because I've heard a lot about it. Any side affects ya'll know of. I plan on workin out hard for the next 2-3months then takin it.. what do you guys think..

Yeah, there are a lot of potential side effects. The amount of gh you need to use for mass gains can put you at risk of becomming a diabetic. No offense, but you need to do a lot more research. Like I said before. Dont waste your money. You'll get better results with normal gear for less than half the price. You dont need gh!! For gods sake, you weigh 165 lbs. I know girls that are bigger than you!

Just out of curiosity, how were you planning on running this proposed cycle of yours??
 
here is what i would do

get back into 5 day a week training for 6 months
get used to a diet (forget shakes maybe 1 a day) normal food, chicken steak eggs fish etc.
rest

If you can keep up serious for 6 months then do something light but solid

test 400/wk
deca 2-300/wk
maybe some dbol like 15-20mg a day

10 weeks do that then do a pct

But first make sure you can stick with a serious workout/diet/rest routine
 
Not real sure how i planned to take the GH. But if I used gear I planned a
12 week cycle.
wk 1-6: Sustanon 250
wk 3-9: Deca 300
wk 6-12: Winstrol 50

Maybe one more think like Trembolone or Equipoise.
You guys are far more the experts. I've done a lot of research on gear, but not GH.
