so if i buy jino's, which is fda approved...can i legally import 3 months worth without any problems?

I'm not sure on this law to be exact, but i know that i imported 3 months worth of clonidine and when it was stopped in customs it was let through because of a letter they stuck in the packaging saying something about importing 3 months worth...

any help?

I assume you are in the US and not Turkmenistan, so if you could say where you are it might help as there are Federal as well as varying State laws.

Clonidine is an Alpha-blocker used to dilate blood vessels. It is classed as an Unscheduled drug and although a prescription is required, it is not illegal to be in possession of clonidine without a prescription. This is likely why your shipment made it through customs.


Jintropin (rHGH) would be Federally regulated. According to the FDA website, if your purchase originates from a source in China (GeneScience Pharmaceuticals Co.) then it may be held without examinaion as the contents may be illegal in the USA as well as not conforming to several sections of various Acts. Although HGH is not a Scheduled drug under Federal Law, it is still prohibited to distribute or be in possession with intent to distribute. Without a valid prescription you can face up 5 years in prison. Now on to the State Laws: Colorado classes HGH as a Schedule III controlled substance (same as anabolic steroids). The crazy part of this State law is that if you use HGH in Colorado, it is a misdemeanour but if you are in possession then it is a felony. Don't ask me to explain that bit.

The big decision is trying to decide what is considered an 'acceptable' amount for personal use. There are cases where individuals have received a seizure notice on large purchases but others have received a knock on the door (controlled delivery) for something much smaller. In such a case, do not sign for anything and say nothing.

Just a follow-up.

Just saw that you said that your HGH is FDA Approved.
If you are looking at a website which is describing it as '... genuine HGH Supplement .. FDA Approved ...' or something similar, then just be aware that the FDA does not regulate or approve supplements. Only pharmaceutical grade rHGH requires FDA approval as it is a prescription drug.
