i need some good info on a cycle i have 75iu's of humatrope made by lilly, i need to know how to take it every week an how much insulin i need to take with it an for how long ,i also have test. to take with it an clomid i am 30 years old 5'7" 165.pds thanks an also how much protien should i take in a day

You don't seem to have a lot of knowledge about training and nutrition yet so I think it would be wise to learn as much as you can and just train natural for a while longer. I am not trying to be a dick but the results will be better if you have more of a base and knowledge of nutrition to build muscle.

stay away from insulin. it can kill u very easily!
