I work out for say 2 months dont see anything major all of a sudden in 1 week I grow more then I did in the entire 2 months?

Might be in my head
 
It could be in your head. In that one week, did you change your diet up and start eating a lot more? Did your weights plateau throughout the 2 months, then start to increase more quickly towards the end?

Did you swallow some kind of genetically altered meat that caused you to mutate suddenly?
 
That happens to me all the time. I love the sudden unexpected strength and size gains. I'm due for some more of that :).

nothing changed
 
Yes, that is indeed the way with some folks. Nothing, nothing, nothing.....BOOM! Then it repeats. Others just seem to slowly gain each week with no apparent "bursts". Just depends on the individual I guess.
 
it happens, if growth was linear then every guy who lifted for 5-10 years would be huge, and we all know that isn't the truth
