If you are going to take growth, you can take 2 i.u.'s twice a day (5 days on 2 days off), once in the morning and once in the evening. That would equal to a total of 4 i.u.'s a day, inorder to see any sort of results on gh you must stay on it for a minimum of 12 - 16 weeks, that is if you really want to see results. I would go with serostim. It comes in 126 i.u. kits. One kit should last you 4-5 weeks. You should also be taken A.S. with it to really maximize the effects. Otherwise you are only going to burn fat and not notice much growing with it. If you are upto it add Insulin with it. If you are willing to take insulin, take it twice a day, if you want to start maybe with 5i.u.'s twice a day and then going up to 10i.u.'s twice a day when you get the handle of insulin. DO NOT take the insulin and the GH together, the insulin kills the effects of the GH. Take the insulin atleast 3 hours before or after the GH and take the other dose of insulin right after working out if possible, but make sure you have something ready to eat that has a high glycemic index (meaning the carb gets broken down into sugar quickly). You should take in 10 grams of carbs for every I.U. of insulin. for example 10 i.u's = 100 grams of carbs. YOu will really notice a huge result and could add an additional 10 - 20 lbs of rock hard muscle with the insulin. It is very dangerous if one does not know how to take it and could end up in death or coma. If you train late at night and usually go to sleep with in 3 hours after your workout, I would not recommend you take the insuling after your workout because you could find yourself falling into a diabetic coma during your sleep. If that is the case take the second dose of insulin some time later in the day perhaps 8 hours after the 1st dose. You MUST EAT right after taking the insulin and I would have a high protein and carb meal, with the carbs being of high glycemic index, because insulin rushes all the nutrients and carbs, and protein right into the muscle cells, that is the benefit of insulin but if you take in fat the fat will also be rushed into the adipo cells making you fatter so your diet has to be carefully planned. Your muscles will look fuller, more ripped and the pumps will be amazing when all this is done correctly. Hope this helps.
