ok at the moment im researching gh for obviuos body compisition enhancing and overall improvement.
here is what i know so far-
3 iu's 5on/2off is the norm
low dose of anabolic/androgen to fully reap its benifits
t-3 supplementation
dietwise i have no clue how to go about my goal
should i stay at maintanace? cutting diet? bulking diet?
any VALUABLE input would be apriciated
