ok ok, well I was reading this seniors paper the other day for some reason... and I saw an article that caught my attention, it was on HGH, and they were explaining for the old people that it is anti-aging and beneficial and the writer of the article then started talking about a product called GHR-15 a capsule or powder that you can get that is suppose to make your body release it's own growth hormone..
They say in the article you get all the benefits from this product as you do from injecting synthetic HGH... and they say John Glenn injects HGH...
Do any of you know anything about this stuff? if it truely works it could be of use to us people in weight training programs...
