scan you mean like an MRI ?? you should get one..
if it is a tendon problem.. you should check into prolotheropy..
.. myself i dont really like the ice.. i think it swells for a reason.. ice reduces blood flow... and the blood is bringing... what you need to the injury...

Side Effects:
Hypoglycemia- due to lowered insulin levels. VERY RARE
Aromeglia- (abnormal bone growth) GH does not cause it, but if you are predisposed to it, it will speed it up IF THE GROWTH PLATES ARE STILL OPEN!
GH gut- if predisposed and taking large doses of GH WITH INSULIN!!!!!
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
Soreness in Joints ESPECIALLY LEFT WRIST!!!

No one is telling you not to share any information you may have come across, just when you copy something to credit the people that took the time to write it, in this case the essay you posted was written by:
