Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below it doesnt matter where you inject. its not inner muscular. you use insulin needles so its just under the skin. i have injected in my glut and stomach. its water based so its easy going in. the needles are so small that you dont even feel a thing. by the way, injecting in your stomach isnt going to get you steroid bell or gh belly. it doesnt create growth at injection site.

The reason for timing of shot is to not take carbs in for two hour after shot due to gh caused insulin resistance. The theory of 4on 4off came about because that is supposed to be the way the body naturally produces it at adolesence, 4day bursts. (??????)
I personally like right after workout then protien, two hours later carbs, then right before sleep.

I started Gh about one month ago. Its my first time but i've gained about twenty pounds since. I stacked it with EQ and Trenbolon. The advice given to me was 4 days on two days off and mostly for cost reasons. If i could afford it i would stay on straight through. Also the water it comes with is meant for use within 24 hours of mixing so make sure you get different water, i believe its called (Bacteriostatic) Anyway enjoy growing..its an awsome feeling
People are gaining 10 -20 lbs from growth? hmmm...I don't think so....its from the gear guys....Take GH alone and tell me what you get (besides an empty wallet) don't get me wrong..I like it...but it doesn't put on a lot of size unless you are stacking it with a lot of AS.
