Growth hormone and tendonitis???????

From everything I have read YES, but it will still take time and you need to avoid anti inflamatories, the imflamation actually promotes healing. I am having prolotherapy done right now for tendonitis and its working well.

When you say it will take some time, can you estimate how long? What is prolotherapy? Have you ever tried a cortisone shot? I know, lots of ?s but it is killing me.

thanks

How long will depend on how your arm is used. Cortisone should be avoided at all costs since it eliminates inflamation and with it healing so in a sense you are doing more harm than good.

You can find out more about prolotherapy at prolotherapy.com.

For the first month or so I was on GH my hands hurt like hell. I thin the cartilage was growing in them por something, since the pain stopped after a month -- but now I can't get my watch on anymore, and the band used to be pretty loose.

Coincidence? I DON"T THINK SO.:D

What was your dosing like?

Zyg, where do you have tendonitis at?
I think I got it in my right arm near the base of my elbow.
If I touch it, it feels like it's bruised.
Is that tendonitis?

I was running 6 -9 i.u. ED, 7 days a week. 've been doing that for about three months.
That would explain the problems your having. Im an older guy but would still stick to a 5on 2 off schedule and only run 3-5IU.

Its in my left elbow and I have a strain in the forwarm as well. Its on the exterior of the elbow, basically tennis elbow. Used to throb like hell after a workout and interfered with bicep/tricep work and all my pressing movements. After two prolo treatments It aches a bit after a workout, but I no longer cring on my first rep abd grit my teeth in preperation for the shooting pain that once was an everyday occurance when working out. Prolo isnt cheap, I pay $182 per treatment for shoulder and elbow and it takes an average of 4-6 treatments to fix. Treatments are 2,4 and 6 weeks apart so its not a quick fix either, but it IS working for me.
