On growth probally for a year for maintance how many ius should i take 2 3 or 4 ius thanks will take slin off and on and proviron throughout thanks

That is exactly what I am doing! Been on for about a week and a half now and I am seeing results already which has really suprised me (only fatloss at mo). I am up to 4ius now, 2iu in the morning and 2iu in the evening (due to work cannot fit in around lunch) 4iu is working excellent for me and the fat is dripping off.

I wouldn't take it in the evening. You are running the chance of shutting down your bodies natural GH production. In other words. You could get the same results from just running 2iu's in the morning.

how many iu's in your vial
how many cc's of bac water are u using.

I am using Nutropin AQ , you don't add bacteriostatic water to it.
