whaddya guys think? I'm not sold on that you can replicate a good steak in a test tube......but regardless, those PETA people who are still against the "concept" of it irritate the shit out of me. You can be a vegetarian, I give a fuck.......you can also have the opinion that killing animals for food is wrong.......again, I give a fuck. But these people act like they won't be satisfied until there's not one single meat eater left on the planet. Who are they going to go after than? All the carnivorous animals on the planet?? the upside I see to this is that they're just growing the meat......not the animal. So it's possible to raise natural meat without having to drug up the animal like they do now with all those hormones. Yeah, I'd still rather an animal that's been free ranged.......but let's be honest, there's too damn many people in this world to free range enough animals for. On a nutritional level, if this stuff is cosher........I'm ok with it. I'm just leary that the meat won't be as good for you. You'd think Jews would be flocking to this kind of idea given how they feel about meat that hasn't come from a "properly killed" animal.

I just remarked on jews and their feeling about Kosher meat. Correct if I'm wrong, but do they not beleieve that an animal that was killed "while in a state of fright or terror" results in "unclean" meat? This would seem to solve that dillemma no?
