Growing into a contest?

How much muscle do u think I could gain going into a contest with this stack? History of me is I have never used aas I'm 67" 195lbs 15% bf I know I'm fat I have been training for 10 yrs. My precontest stack....

Weeks 1-4
Tbol 50mg ED

Weeks 1-12
Test E 500mg/week
EQ 400mg/week

Weeks 13-16
Test prop 125mg EOD
Masteron 125mg EOD
Tbol 50mg ED

Weeks 17-18
50mg ED

Clen - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off the whole duration
T3 - 3 weeks on/3 off - 25-50mcg the whole time

350g protein
150g carbs
30g fat

What do u all guess I could gain in lean muscle never using AAS? 10-15lbs?
 
I think it all depends on diet and intensity of training as well as recovery. Throwing aas in there is just an extra booster. At the least I'd def. say 10lbs. You get out what you put in. Eat big, and lift big. That's my 2 cents but then again I've never used aas, this is just some basic knowledge I picked up reading around EF. But good luck my man
 
This is a difficult one to answer,Chris aceto trainer of guys like Jay cutler who seems to grow into a contest,Chris words were that jay was a genetic freak and was one of very few people who could achieve that going into a contest ,best one can hope for is muscle retention on a calorie deficit ,but being that u say you have never used AAS this might be a deciding factor as well ,to be honest I think only you will know after the fact bro ?
 
Growing into a show usually requires you start at a lower bodyfat, and that you are off(Ha!) or are on cruise doses. Works a lot better on GH, most things do. It's going to be hard to gain muscle and lose as much fat as you need to at 15% BF.
 
Thanks for the tips, I have 27weeks till my contest I plan to lose 1 lb a week so I'm good I probably won't lose any muscle. I think 10lbs is accurate

Yup, BigAndy hit the nail on the head. You have to be at like 10% bodyfat or so and use a good amount of HGH and Trenbolone. Eat a ton of clean calories and train. You should be leaning up while putting on muscle.

You might grow as well as lean up though since this is your first cycle. I always prefer for people to try and clean bulk on their first cycle instead of trying to lose bodyfat and dry up for a contest. Good luck man.
