Sound like you have been working pretty hard.
I have been here at the gym since 5, taught the 6 and 7 o'clock class, did my own workout and am now wasting time (hiding out) in the office until my 10 o'clock class starts. So hopefully if I duck out of here quick I will be home by 11:30.

The Capt. and I have known each other a while....there really isn't any of me he hasn't seen.....I'm old news to him....guys like him eventually move on to greener pastures, such as yours.....the Capt. knows though that I think he is one of the best looking guys around.....seriously.....
