just started bbuilding around a motnh or so ago.The change of drinking lots of water (1.5 galls)and creatine(7gs) has really made a huge change in the frequency of my urination.I mean I am pissing every hour sometimes 2-3 times at droplet intervals.
So when I am busy lifitng or doing exercises I dont like to be interupted like that.
I dont like running downstairs all the way to the toilet to piss every 5 seconds,so I have a water bottle I bring with me when I am lifting in my room.I usually piss in it if busy,and then dump it down the toilet.
Am I "sick" or just clever?
