Anything else people would reccomend from their experience...? Or anything I should forget about...? You;ll have a hard time convincing me to drop the Nitro cause I've been using it for years with good results, when I stay dedicated to my routine... It's just been hard the last year with the little guy running around...

I'm looking to clean bulk... I don't like the thought of adding extra body fat while adding muscle... I have no problem with the gains coming slower than those that just eat til the are about to bust... I plan to run about 2600-3000 calories per day with the protein supps included... I don't keep close track of my calories, but pretty much eat the same stuff everyday...

7am - wake up - i serving Nitro with Betagen, will take CEE and Thermorexin with it
7:30am - hit the gym to train
8:45am - CEE
9:15am - 1 serving Nitro with Betagen

here i try and lay down and get an 1 to 1.5 hour nap while my son is napping in the mid morning...

11:00am - 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
2:00pm - some kind of meal replacement bar
5:00pm - turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, romaine, tomato, some sort of 100 calorie cracker pack, cup of yogurt, some sort of 100 calorie cookie pack
8:30pm - chicken breast, sugar snap peas, applesauce or subsititue chicken with beef
12:30am - 1 serving Nitro nightime with Betagen
12:45am - ZZZZZZZZZZ

i work 2nd shift usually 10 hours (2-12), so this is the reason my schedule seems a little wacky...

I'm 6' 213lbs now, and about 15% BF... going on a 10 week program i just put together, and am shooting for 215lbs at 10% BF...
 
Your plan looks solid. Have you considered adding some type of natural food complex carb before your nap and bedtime? I utilize MRPs and protein shakes fairly heavily but I always add some natural food with them, especially right before going to sleep. For me it's usually something quick and easy, like a bowl of rice chex, but I wake up with more energy than if I had just had the shake.
 
i'm afraid the carbs are going to get stored as fat if eating them before bed...

I guess since i will be using the Glocorell R, that wouldn't be an issue though, huh...?
 
If you already weigh 213 I would up the caloreis past 3000 if your trying to bulk. Is that thermo just for energy cause its hard to bulk while taking thermos, they burn those calories you need to store.
 
i guess using the word "bulk" was a bad choice... I'm not really looking to gain a bunch of weight...

adding about 5-10 pounds of muscle while losing some bodyfat is my goal... i don't want to store ANY calories...
 
Take some efa at your bed time with nigthtime protein , your body turn catabolisme in to anabolic.(glutamine with this is pretty good to)

Never take some card 2 or 3 hours before bed.Because carb before the stop growth hormome release.

i assume efa is essential fatty acids...? like the Flax I have listed...?

2nd comment, are you saying that carbs before bed stops the release of GH...?
