I consider Vol I to be Iron Lions post.
This is just an elaboration of that. The one thing that is taking my grip to another level is ont thing and one thing only;
Manual Labor
Working with my hands day in and day out is making them strong as can be. I realize now that my grip is going to end up being my strength.
Exercises like thick bar work, crushers, hindu bats, plate pinches, and static holds can help but in the end working with my hands proves for me to be the most beneficial.
Heres to the blue collar people out there!
