Grinding Teeth.....

My daughter grinds here teeth bad while she is sleeping. Is there any way to prevent this? It sounds horrible!

I did that too when I was a kid. It gave me headaches so my mom took me to the dentist and he fixed it

Talk to your dentist. He can give something like a retainer, which will cover her teeth.

They polished the teeth that were grinding. Never had that problem again
