greyhound to mexico

anyone here ever taken a greyhound bus into mexico and brought back gear? How safe would this be... seems safer than driving as i cant see them searching everyone on the bus... But would it be suspicious at all to go from Glendale (L.A. area) to Tijuana round trip in one day (six hours stay in Mexico)? its 5 hours there, 8 hours back... should i be concerned the extra time it takes to get back includes "search and siezure" time, or just the long line to get out of the boarder. Its also a lot cheaper than driving, $35 round trip on weekdays, and no risk of getting your car impounded.
Last time I went it took awhile to find what i was looking for.. winstrol tabs and clenbuterol, after all the news about steroid busts in Mexico is it going to be harder to find gear? If i walk up and down TJ for 6 hours will i find what are the odds I will even find what I'm looking for... last time i went to Ensenada, never looked around in TJ before...?

Never took the bus so can't help on that one. My guess is you could still get searched, in which case you'll get busted. Clenbuterol should be easy to find, ask for Spiropent .02mg tablets, can't give you a price since that is a no no! It's pretty cheap though.

Hard to tell. I know gear prices at TJ have gone up somewhat, and some rumors that fakes are running up like water. If you are planning to cross with the gear u should think about some conceal methods. The other alternative and that's sounds less risky, is that you mail your gear back to yourself to the U.S.. Just make sure to bring with you bubble padded envelopes, ducktape, one or 2 VHS sized cases, some more bubble padding rolls to wrap your gear, and good to go. Find out online where the MEXPOST's (Mexican Post office) are located in TJ, and pick one that looks convenient for you. you can ask the taxi driver as well for a tip.
