They say in the show on TLC that one of the dude there had a heart attack, cancer, 3 tumors, stroke etcc from steroids over years and years.

Many horror stories there.

Greg valentino said it himself , he had mental issues, the guy was BDD , Body dismorphic disorder, he hated that he was so Short, so he wanted to compensate it by growing big , unlimited size, (regardless if it was real muscle or not) , he just wanted the appearance of mass. Thats why he took synthol.

Instead what he needed was to go see a Shrink and go on Prozac or something or go see a Therapist.
