Just checking. A few friends of mine are from VA. They try to tell me they might as well be the north. The Piggly Wiggly is as distinct in parting the Union as the Mason-Dixon Line itself was.
 
Delaware= the next big thing. (or little) alot of people moving here, to many.

No, the auto company. They're building a new building down at the Riverfront....

The casino isn't 100% guaranteed yet, I didn't think....

Yeah -- but DE doesn't allow "other" gaming -- like Blackjack, cards, craps, etc....just video slots....so I don't think it'd be all that much competition...

But with Chester, Philly, Camden, etc proposing casinos, they might want to get on the ball with it....

Isn't that part of the whole "Revitalize Chester" project my brother was telling me about? I've heard nothing good about Chester. West Chester is a different story. Some people get confused when I say I grew up somewhat near to West Chester. They think I mean Chester and all I hear is, "ohh, that's a bad area." I have to correct them.

Yeah, Chester is kind of rough. West Chester is very nice. My mom just moved out around that area.

Oh heck yeah -- West Chester & Chester might as well be diff. countries. I think tho, Chester is planning on re-doing their riverfront.

Here in Wilm., they want to put a casino/mall-thing at the Riverfront that's already been redone. The Gov. doesn't want to expande gaming here in DE but others want it -- so we'll see.

Lots of construction going on downtown Wilm -- it's amazing to see.
 
Most of the area around West Chester is nice. It's being overdeveloped though. Every time I go back down there to visit a friend of mine I'm amazed at how much new shit they've built.


And yes Jen, Chester and West Chester practically are 2 different countries from what I've heard. I don't plan on going to Chester anytime in the future to verify that though.

There's a place on 9th st in Chester called Black Moses. Best damn ribs I've come across in the North.

I think I saw that place today. I was in N. Phiily earlier for work. I can't remember where exactly but I had to take 309 to get there.

Place is worse than Jersey.
