quick question....it says take 1-4 daily.....took one this morning....didn't really feel anything. is it ok if i take 2 in the morning before my first meal? pretty sure it's fine just wanted to check.
yes thats fine- most people wont "feel" much when taking green tea extract (though it does have about 40-45mg of caffeine per capsule) (scotts finest EGCG)
I saw something about caffeine having a negative effect on creatine, and right now i drink about a half gallon of green tea 2 diet sodas a day. I need the caffeine to make it through work haha. but am i wasteing my creatine because of this?
