Green Tea

I bought myself a box of green tea.
I want to drink it daily for all the health benefits,
but the problem is I couldnt finish it.
It tastes nasty.
I dont know what to do...


anyone got any advice...anything at all...

Stevia is great too. Also it doesnt affect ur blood sugar.

What about taking green tea capsules instead of drinking the green tea, or drinking less green tea and taking green tea capsules in addition?

If you don’t mind capping the green tea powder you’re self, it’s really cheap at 1fast400.com. I don’t think you can get enough of the active ingredients drinking it, unless you have like 5-6 cups a day.

Sweet - thanks for the lead. In the past when taking green tea capsules, I've purchased the capsules from the AF store - great customer service there, by the way.
