I usually take a gallon jug of water to work to drink throughout the day. I recently started putting a tea bag of green tea in it for the antioxidants, and I have noticed I've slimmed down a bit. I havent' changed my diet or anything, just added the green tea.
Can anyone tell me if this is something that is typical with green tea or could there be something else causing the weight loss?
