i dont know what advice has been givin to u, but what i have read and been told is to go all the way in, the more u keep the needle out the harder it is to keep it in place, well for me atleast

There's some good basic info in the "info" section but it really doesn't show you much in the way of specific places within the muscle to inject ie. the different heads. It's just some dude sticking a needle randomly into a muscle other than his glute...

Well just because he doesn't go all the way in doesn't mean anythig. And if you go all the way in and the needle breaks, you wont be able to pull it out. Further more, if he were to put the needle all the way in it would go right thru the muscle.

All of those shots were done using a 25 G, 1" pin, which is more than enough depth to get through the skin and in to the muscle layer.

about the needle thing ....

yes i think that it is wise to go all the way in w/ da rocket. because once you are in to the hilt & asperaite you will have an excellent point of reference. if you are only in 3/4 of the way you can easily move the needle about & possibly into a vein. just my 3 ml ,,,,

Rocket ... i do the same thing for the same reason point of reference to make sur im not injecting into a blood vessel. However it is not recomended you stick it in all the way..becaus eif th epin were to break off you would not be able to get it out...would suck

I'm sorry but I think it is pretty fuckin dangerous. Injecting directly at 90 degrees to the pec is not the safest way to do it. Any newbie who copied this with very little pectoral muscle stands a chance of hitting the rib cage and possibly even going to the lungs and heart. Site injection should not be practiced until you have a decent sized muscle belly to inject into.

When I researched this shot, most of the pics I found had the needle going straight in to the muscle.

I have done many of the pec shots with no problems at all.
