I just ate 2 hamburgers with guacamole and tomatoes. Beans, doritos and guacamole dip and 2 glasses of tea. I'm a fat ass. I've been eating away from home 2 much.

Sounds better than what i had; bbq chicken and broccoli with no cal bbq sauce.

90% today but I had stamina problems in the gym. I need to get in better aerobic shape. This is the worst shape I've been in years aerobically and it's affecting my workouts.

Glad to hear you're on the up!

You should try the HIIT routin for your cardio. Doesn't take long and it burns fat and builds cardio endurance like a mofo!

Yeah, I remember reading about but never did it. What do you recommend?

Definately try the HIIT. You start out with only 4 minutes a day. 30sec @ 50% effort, followed by 30sec @ 90% effort. You add one minute like every three days until you're up to 15-20min sessions.

Works like a charm!

Eat foods that build muscle not foods that bloat you ,most of those turn to fat.
Common you can do it, make a huge difference in your life as you have made in mine!
