heres a quick way to make 3 out of your 6 + a day meals
3lbs angus burger
1/2 box or more of wheat pasta
25 g protein shake
cook the burger and pasta get 3 bowls divide the stuff in 3 diff parts eat that w/a 25 gram protein shake and you should gain sum weight
