grams of fat in a meal???

Question...been trying to keep carbs a little lower on meals with higher protein and fat content. BUT my question is, how much is too much fat in a certain meal or for an entire day? I'm lifting pretty hard but would like to melt a bit around the stomach. Any hints/suggestions??
 
just keep your carbs low and try doing some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and if you have time do a little more cardio in the evening it's working wonders for me.
