so i qualified to lift in the GPC in october, british team womens 75kg division.
bit dissapointed with my squat, and i know my deadlift should have been at least 5kg heavier..but i was tired by then and i'd planned a holiday slap bang 2 weeks before the meet. my bench was better than expected, and it felt easy.
squat:152.5kg. failed 3rd attempt of 160kg.
bench: 120kg. 4th attempt 125kg, new BR
deadlift: 185kg.
i've had about 3 weeks off and just got back into training..fuck it's heavy! i really want a 300lb bench in october. fingers crossed.
my head's not really focussed yet though..i think it's cos i;ve got so much going on - trying to do up and sell my house, compete, move to america after the comp..
need to get back on track pronto!
