what the hell is going on here? i see a stock im watching and its like institutions or large groups are purposly keeping the stock at a certain price.

ex.
LOUD was selling at say, .51

then i see a ask of .5 and a bid at .5 bring it back down.

then i see a bid well over the ask.

what gives?

It looks like someone had a large pile of shares available for sale....and the buyers were only buying at a certain range.

After that large block or blocks were dumped, the price rebounded slightly.
